Mr. Chalkley was a Corporal for the United States Army. Mr. Chalkley has since been working as a supervisor in the environmental field for over 30 years. Mr. Chalkley received his environmental accreditations from the University of California San Diego (International Safety Education Institute), the EI Group in Glen Allen, Virginia, and DBOR of Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Chalkley is well versed in asbestos and lead abatement as well as construction safety. In his down time, he loves to garden and spend time with his 2 daughters, 3 granddaughters and 5 grandsons.
