Challenge
Although the subject site usage did not indicate environmental concerns, public documents revealed the adjacent property may be impacting the downgradient subject property.

Solution
Soil and groundwater samples were collected and sent for lab analysis which determined there was aluminum present at the property boundary. A Phase II ESA was recommended.
