Phase I ESA – Fort Myers, FL

Summary

American Management Resources Corporation (AMRC) performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). The purpose of the Phase I ESA was to determine current environmental conditions and evaluate potential environmental liabilities associated with the site.

Challenge

Although the subject site usage did not indicate environmental concerns, public documents revealed the adjacent property may be impacting the downgradient subject property.

Solution

Soil and groundwater samples were collected and sent for lab analysis which determined there was aluminum present at the property boundary. A Phase II ESA was recommended.
