American Management Resources Corporation (AMRC) performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). The purpose of the Phase I ESA was to determine current environmental conditions and evaluate potential environmental liabilities associated with the site.
Although the subject site usage did not indicate environmental concerns, public documents revealed the adjacent property may be impacting the downgradient subject property.
Soil and groundwater samples were collected and sent for lab analysis which determined there was aluminum present at the property boundary. A Phase II ESA was recommended.
- The AMRC team discovered environmental concerns warranting further investigation.
- The project was completed on time and within the budget.
