Challenge
Why was mold growing on surfaces when the HVAC was operating as expected? Why was it more prominent in certain rooms?

Solution
It was discovered that the unit was under negative pressure. Hot and humid air was infiltrating through the sliding glass doors causing a humidity bloom and mold to grow on surfaces. As you moved away from the patio doors, the humidity decreased.
